About Endora Therapy
I founded Endora Therapy to provide compassionate, evidence-based care that helps individuals and families build calm, confidence, and connection. With more than 20 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I support children, teens, adults, and caregivers navigating anxiety, ADHD, autism, school avoidance, emotional regulation challenges, and life transitions.
I believe therapy works best when people feel understood, respected, and empowered. Whether I'm working with an individual or partnering with parents, my approach is collaborative, practical, and tailored to each person's unique strengths, values, and goals.
My work integrates evidence-based approaches, including SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), family systems, mindfulness, and neurodiversity-affirming care. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, I help clients develop practical strategies that create meaningful, lasting change.
I consider it a privilege to walk alongside individuals and families as they navigate challenges, celebrate progress, and build lives guided by confidence, resilience, and hope.
Endora Therapy provides virtual services throughout Virginia, Maryland, Washington, DC, and Vermont, making support accessible wherever you are.
